Longview was the founding Chapter of the East Texas Bourbon Society. After another successful Bourbon & Bowties, Cole Tomberlain and Andrew Griffith heard from many of the guest they would love to have a monthly bourbon tasting rather than having to wait until the following February. 

A small group of bourbon enthusiast met to discuss the possibility of an East Texas Bourbon Society. As interest grew, a formal organization was created to educate members on the history of Bourbon and distilleries that are so intertwined with the history of our great Nation it is hard to separate the two. 

Still dedicated to our original cause of supporting the Longview World of Wonders and helping it grow, we transitioned to a non-profit status that would allow us to raise funds and support local organizations in our community.
